Invoices, hours, overages, estimates - service pricing can be messy and confusing. We offer event packages with simple, straight-forward pricing to fit your needs. No estimates, no additional fees - not even hotel fees!
You pay one flat rate and our team arranges our own travel, rents our own hotel room, handles all the power, setup, maintenance and controller rentals throughout the weekend, and tears it all down!
Rentals
Our inventory consists of more than 50 consoles including Nintendo Switch, Playstation 5, and Playstation 4, all loaded with some of the most popular titles for each console.
All rental packages include power infrastructure, enough controllers for every station to have at least two players, monitors for every console, and a staff member to set up, tear down, and manage your gaming space during your event.
Esports
Convention attendees love to test their skill in all kinds of ways and gaming is no exception. Our esports package adds the excitement of esports to your event!
Our experienced staff has organized tournaments from grass roots local events to national super majors. We understand how to make tournaments fun and accessible for your attendees while also providing an exciting and competitive atmosphere that attendees crave.
Broadcasting
Bring your event to the world with live broadcasting to Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and more!
Our broadcast package includes all the necessary equipment, graphics, setup, operation, and tear down.
